Our mushroom formulas come in both a one-month supply of 60-capsule pot or a 20 powder sachet box. You know what works for your body better than anyone, but as a guidelines and to see the most effective results, we recommend taking 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals or 1 powder sachet once per day with meals.
